Located in south Grand Forks, Bill Palmiscno Park was established in 2023 in honor of former Grand Forks Park District Executive Director, Bill Palmiscno. Bill was dedicated to enhancing lives in Grand Forks through parks and recreation. The beautiful park features a large playground with equipment for a variety of age groups, a sledding hill, soccer nets, open space, and more!
